Express Entry
Express Entry is the fastest way to move to Canada
In order to fulfill Canada’s need for skilled workers, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada introduced an innovative immigration system called Express Entry.
It helps skilled applicants get an invitation to apply for permanent residency in as little as a few months. It is not a separate immigration program, but a system that supports application processing for the following programs:
- Federal Skilled Worker Class
- Federal Skilled Trades Class
- Canadian Experience Class
- Provincial Nominee Programs
The Express Entry system uses a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score to evaluate each applicant and chooses the highest-ranking ones. Express Entry draws happen every two weeks. Getting into the pool of selected candidates means a green light towards your Canadian residency.
